Blyde River House
Blyde Wildlife Estate
The brief for this project was to create a home immersed in the natural beauty and lush vegetation of the Blyde River setting. The intention was to create a warm, relaxed sanctuary — a place to retreat, unwind. The house was to feel homely yet contemporary, combining clean architectural lines with the richness of its natural surroundings. Through this contrast, the architecture was designed to complement the landscape and feel connected to it, creating a home that sits comfortably within its environment.
